Survey Project Manager
Assist Survey Manager in daily survey operations
Prepare subdivision plats, legal descriptions, topographic surveys and boundary surveys
Record basic construction calculations for subdivisions
Drafting record of surveys and of topographic surveys, subdivision and exhibit maps
Creates AutoCAD drawings for Land Survey projects
Creates and modifies maps for special assignments
Completes drawing revisions as necessary
Performs property research
Responsible for the production of maps and drawings.
Prepare construction plans, including notes and details, plan and profile sheets, and x-sections.
Assist in preparation of cost
Perform related tasks associated with this position as may be
Light travel may be required. Minimum Requirements:
Certificate from an Accredited program
0-2 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering or related
Functionally proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD 2014 or later is required (Civil 3D experience a plus).
Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently or on a
Ability to work within budget and schedule constraints on multiple projects
Proficient written & oral communication skills; ability to comfortably interact with peers, staff members, clients, and the general
