G3 Engineering worked with current owner, Paramont Capital, on the master planning efforts as well as design and permitting for this multi-phased project which broke ground this past May to include approximately 150 lots total. Located at the former Island Green Golf Course, Oak Estates currently offering (79) developed lots on private homesites with an amenity center membership available to new homeowners. In addition to the clubhouse, residents will have an onsite conservation area.
