WILMINGTON, NC G3 Engineering & Surveying (G3) announces the opening of their new office in Wilmington, North Carolina, strengthening the firm’s commitment to serving public and private development throughout the Southeast. The Wilmington office is led by Walter Gross, PE, as Branch Manager, and Amy Kanarr Naugle, PE, PMP, as Assistant Branch Manager.

This strategic expansion builds upon G3’s mission to deliver innovative, client-focused civil engineering and surveying solutions in a region that continues to experience unparalleled growth. The Wilmington office will serve as G3’s regional hub for coastal and infrastructure development, supporting municipal, private, and environmental projects in North Carolina.
Leading this effort is Branch Manager Walter Gross, PE, who provides more than 40 years of civil engineering and business operations experience in leadership roles at major engineering firms on the East Coast, focused on multiple engineering sectors including water/wastewater treatment, stormwater management, transportation infrastructure, and commercial construction.

Amy Kanarr Naugle, PE, PMP, joins the team as Assistant Branch Manager, offering over 30 years of experience in the fields of environmental, civil, and geotechnical engineering, focusing on engineering program management, business operations, and organizational development. Her diverse professional background spans municipal engineering, land development, manufacturing program management, and defense contracting, providing her with exceptional versatility in handling varied project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
G3 Engineering & Surveying was founded in 2011 by David Gantt and Jim Green. Over time, the firm expanded, adding Felix Pitts as partner and including landscape architecture to the portfolio of services, followed by Ken Crawford and a dedicated surveying division.
