G3 Engineering & Surveying is pleased to announce Alexia Coghen has joined the firm as Human Resources Team Leader. With more than a decade of Human Resources experience across multiple industries and organizations, Alexia brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations to support G3’s continued growth throughout the Southeast.

In her new role, Alexia will oversee the firm’s Human Resources functions, supporting recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, and day-to-day HR operations. Her experience will help support G3’s growing team while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace for employees across the organization.
